Katherine Lorena Whitehead Webster

Katherine Lorena Webster, 88, of Wichita, KS formerly of Greensburg, IN passed away on May 6, 2011. She was born on July 22, 1922 in Batesville, IN, the daughter of John Whitehead and Matilda (Huffmeyer) Wheeldon. On September 11, 1943 she married Joe Webster. She worked as a Nurses Aid for 25 years at the Decatur County Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include: Daughter- Diane (Gary) Ellison of KS, Sons- Steven Webster (and Fiancé Joyce Hamer) of IN and Kimball Webster of AZ, Sisters- Betty Creech Maddux of IN, Grandchildren-Richard Tuttle, James Tuttle, II, Robin(John) Hockanson, Scott Tuttle, Joseph Tuttle, Steven Webster, Jr., Stephanie (Dana) Webster-Koontz, and Nathan Webster, 8 Great Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents, her Husband- Joe Webster, and Sister- Helen Webb.

A funeral service will take place at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on May 13, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 11 until the time of the service. Pastor Lowell Spencer will be officiating.
