My deepest condolences goes to Gindling family. I was born and raised in Greensburg. While growing up, my parents and sisters and I frequently went to Dairy Point (it wasn't that far from Tralan Drive) every thing on menu was wonderful but our favorites were Fried Mushrooms and chocolate malt shakes. Despite to the fact that sisters and I are deaf, Michael and his wife always greet us with a smile on their faces when taking our orders by writing down on paper or on a napkin. Thank you for the wonderful memories at Dairy Point. Michael will be deeply missed.

I have known Mike for over 40 years ,he was always happy and in a good mood,he loved his family very much and was passionate about Dairy Point, always creative about coming up with new menus items. We always talked about golf, classic care auctions and what ever was going on at the time. I have alot of fond and fun memories of Mike, I even named my son after him,he was one of my best friends,I will miss him tremendously. -Jim Colson

So sorry for what you are going through. Mike has obviously inspired so many people in this community. Sam enjoyed golfing with him and we both enjoyed seeing your family at our Dairy Point lunches. He will continue as an icon in the community through the legacy he leaves behind. You are all in our prayers.

Char and Michelle, words don't exist to express how sorry I am for this loss. I owe a great deal to Mike and all the rest of you. Twenty eight years ago, you guys gave me my first job and, through example, taught me some of life's most important lessons. I am still amazed that I got paid for having so much fun. My years at Dairy Point with you guys were my fondest as a kid and I will always be grateful. I pray the wonderful memories of such a good man bring you comfort at this impossibly painful time. Order up!
