I had the honor of knowing Steven over the past couple of years. When we spent time together, we always talked history, for which he had a keen interest. He understood how one life can change so many others. He always had a smile and a kind word to share. The world is a lesser place without him, and I will miss him.

I have had the Extreme Pleasure of knowing Steve, since he recently returned to First Baptist Church. So many Stories, Subjects
& Experiences shared. These Meaningful Moments will Live in my Heart always. And what I have learned from Steve & in the Heart that he always shared. Shall pave my Life's Path Forward, in Caring & Providing for others, as he shared with me. For I Saw Christ Love, through Steve & his Love that he Shared without hesitation. So much could be said of a Man so Humble and So Full of Love. I so much look forward to seeing you Again, in our New Home.

Steve was a true man of God. I could talk to him. I had a book I wanted him to read but, I never got it to him. Will miss him at our Life Group and Wednesday night bible study.

Even though we just met a little over 3 years ago it seemed like we had known each other a lifetime. Steve’s personality was boisterous and vivacious to say the least . Steve reminded me a lot of my own father and I know that they are having a great time razzing each other in heaven. Prayers for Cheryl and family . Know that you are loved ! Blessings Lynn Redd
