Betty was born March 16, 1929, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Wilbur & Grace (Brown) Keltner.
Betty is survived by her husband, Bill Price whom she married April 14, 1950; and children, Nick & Becky Price and Christa & Bill Fogle.
Betty was a homemaker. She enjoyed selling AVON, growing roses, and watching birds and butterflies.
