

Delorse was born June 7, 1939, in Winchester, Indiana, to the late Glen A. & Lucy Annabelle (Stump) Mote. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, De’Anna Spahr; grandson, Phillip Spahr; and sister, Marsha Mote.
Delorse is survived by her son, Lanny Spahr; grandchildren, Blazin Spahr, Jared Spahr and Amber & Michael Mangen; great grandchildren, Kyler Spahr, Rylen Spahr, Mayddix Mangen, Ripley Mangen, Hutsyn Mangen, Trinity, Avery and Kennedi; brother & sister-in-law, Duane & Karen Mote; sisters & brothers-in-law, Marcelle & Robert Dale Sutton, Jeanette Ulsh, Jean Young, Sharon & Jack Walls along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Delorse loved fishing and owned a bass boat and was part of a fishing club called Bassin Gals. She was also a member of EUM Church in Greenville. Delorse retired from Corning Glass in Greenville. She enjoyed sewing and quilting along with cooking, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville. Burial will follow in Greenville Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to EUM Church, Greenville.
