

Dixie was born on March 14, 1946, in Piqua, Ohio, to the late Charles E. & Iris Jean (Miller) Wills. Dixie was also preceded in death by her husband, Max R. Stickelman whom she married March 14, 1994, and son, Jeffrey A. Spencer.
Dixie is survived by her sons & daughters-in-law, John & Lori Spencer of Farmersville, Jerry & Robin Spencer of London, Joe & Misha Spencer of Pendleton, Indiana, James & Kelly Spencer of Ansonia, and Jason & Nicole Hemmerich of Ansonia; grandchildren, Wes, Austin, Cody, Samantha, Taylor, Kyle, Kelsie, Khloe, Wyatt, Kiera, Collin, Ethan, Trevor, Layne, Landyn, and Kynslee; and 15 great grandchildren. Brothers & sisters-in-law, Ron & Diane Wills of Greenville and Bob & Glee Wills of Union City, Ohio.
Dixie was a home healthcare worker for numerous years but more importantly, she was the proud mother of her 6 boys. She was a member of the Beamsville Christian Church, Darke County Fish & Game Club, and the NRA. Dixie enjoyed volunteering at various nursing homes, gardening, canning, raising Shelties, and most of all spending time with family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a date to be determined. Arrangements have been entrusted to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville.
