Mary Lou I learned about Eldon's closing journey from the BIRDERS! I am so grateful that they wrote us all. I had been missing seeing you on your daily walks. I would like to walk with you sometime soon when you return to The Villages. My prayers are for your next weeks of turmoil and decision making. Bless you! Mary Moser

Mary Lou,
So sorry that we neglected to sign our name to our message. You might guess that Jim would send the referral to college days and memories of sports . Blessings,

Mary Lou,

Bill and I are so blessed that God put you and Eldon on his guest list for us. We mourn Eldon's loss with you. Missed will be his zest for life and his wonderful sense of humor. Butter pecan ice cream and fresh flowers on the table will always make us think of him. What a birthday celebration it will be!

Eldon and I made the trip to the Seattle Worlds fair in 1962, camping all the way. 50 years ago he was the best man at my wedding. He always said he was the best man, maybe he was. He will be missed.

Mary Lou,
It was such a joy to get to know Eldon. He contributed greatly to our community and most importantly, he was a great leader for Parkersburg Community College/WVU Parkersburg as evidenced by the wonderful institution I found when I arrived here as a successor.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
