Ethel Marie Beisner

Ethel M. Beisner, age 90 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024, at Ayden Health Care in Greenville. Born in New Harrison, Ohio on December 16, 1934, she was one of 8 children born to the late John Wise and Mary (Barnhart) (Wise) Gasper. In addition to her parents, Ethel was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Beisner whom she married on March 21, 1959. Her sisters, Mrs. Wanda (Orien) McCabe, Vera L. Wise and Esther J. Wise; her brothers, Glen, Joe, Dale and Carl Wise. She was also preceded in death by her brothers in law; Lawrence (Agnes) Beisner and Richard (Ruth) Beisner and her sister-in-law; Helen (Wilbur) Karn.

Ethel was a 1954 graduate of the old Greenville High School. She was a past officer at The Eagles and was a past Senior Regent for the Moose Lodge in Greenville. Ethel also worked at various restaurants during the 60s, 70s and 80s, like Dottie’s, Brock’s and Sater Lane Bowling Alley. She was a loving wife and mother and had numerous friends.

Ethel is survived by her children Alan (Karry) Beisner of Piqua, Ohio and Sharon Beisner of Greenville; her granddaughter, Amy D. Beisner of Lancaster, CA and great granddaughter, Alexandria Beisner of Lancaster, CA as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Ethel will be greatly missed by her family

Per her wishes, there will be a private service and burial for Ethel at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
