My deepest condolences to Mrs. Williams and the Williams family. I served with Fred when we were stationed at Homestead AFB and Ramstien Germany. My heart is broken to hear of his Passing. He had a heart of Gold and one of the most easy going person, I ever met. My two son's loved him we often had him over our home. while station in Germany we were roommates shared a lot of great times together we were like brothers . we went for a drive in the German country side I made the mistake of telling him I couldn't drive A stick he stopped the car and made me drive back to the base , he taught me to drive a stick. I had nothing but respect for Fred. God has Gained an Angel! There is so much I could say about my friend . I will miss him and he will always be in my heart . We will met again in God's Glory. Love you my Brother
