Jessica Ballard, 35 of Union City, Indiana passed away on Friday November 8, 2013 at 6:35 PM at Reid Hospital, Richmond, Indiana. She was born January 5, 1978 in Greenville, Ohio the daughter of Randy Ricker & wife Terry of Union City, Ohio and Deborah Fox & husband Rick of Greenville.

She is preceded in death by her son: Jorden Taylor Pond on August 20, 2010; maternal grandparents: Donald & Lucille Mansfield Sr.; paternal grandparents: Rodney & Barbara Ricker.

She is survived by her father & step mother: Randy & Terry Ricker; mother & step father: Deborah & Rick Fox; daughter: Ashley Marshall; brother & sister in law: Randy & Tonya Ricker Jr. & their children: Christian Ricker & Allison Ricker; sister & brother in law: Angela (Ricker) & Robert Chilton & their children: Kayleigh Pitman, & Samantha Chilton; Step brothers: Micheal & Jonathan Pearcy; & numerous special aunts, uncles & cousins.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home with Pastor Candy Null officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Zechar Bailey Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Zechar Bailey Funeral Home to help the family offset funeral expenses.
