Dear Shirley and family,

My memories go back many many years when Jill was born on July 8 and my daughter Rhonda was born on July 9, just a few hours apart. I have lost track of Jill over the years but I do remember the last time I saw her at the Southern Ohio Lutheran Synod meeting in Columbus, we were both delegates.
Sending prayers, cares, and love.
Jane Brown.

To: The Witters & Rhoades Families
Keith and family. We are so sorry to hear the news. Jill was a wonderful wife, mom, and friend. Although we haven't seen one another for many years. We speak and think often of the times we had with you and Jill. The smile, the laugh, the fun, and the kindness shared. Are memories we will always have. We pray for you and your family. Keep all your memories close to your heart. God bless you Keith, your family, the Rhoades, and friends.
Peace and prayers,
Dean & Chris Fornshil

Jill was unforgettable. Although I have not seen her for many years, her fun personality left many memories in my heart. Sharing the leadership of our high school drill team with her meant that we spent a great deal of time together. She was creative and mischievous. Jill even suggested I go on a blind date with my husband, Greg. We have been married 35 years. Thank you, Jill! Keith, I am very sorry that your beautiful wife has passed. I pray that you see her in your three children, and can fondly reminisce with them as you hold each other tight. With heartfelt sympathy, Cheryl Batten and Greg Smith
