Grandpa was a hard working man. Always had a project he was working. Being one of the many grandchildren who lived next to grandpa as a child he always included us in on his project whether it was weeding his garden, filleting fish, picking strawberries and my personal favorite eating popcorn and playing cards. Although we don’t have too many recent memories grandpa I will always cherish my younger years of being in your back yard. Enjoy heaven we will meet you there!

Being one of our class of '57 John always kept us on our toes with his deep religious beliefs. And yes John the end of this world will come for each of us. You were blessed to have attended Mass and received the Holy Eucharist on the day you went to rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with Marti and your loving family. Greet your parents and siblings with open arms of joy.
