Ken and family.. my heart and hugs are with you all at this time along with my State of the Heart work family. Karla was such a joy to work around and her quiet soul and compassionate care will not be forgotten by the people/patients she came in touch with . Karla bought an oak antique dry sink off of me a few years ago, and of course dog crates for chickens! I will never forget her! NICKI ALFREY, RN

Gordy and I are so sorry for your loss: the love of your life, your mother, grandmother, daughter, sibling and fiend. She was such a wonderful person on earth and we know such a wonderful addition to Our Lord's eternal heaven.
Gordy and I have many many memories of Karla going back to 1st grade. She took the big sister roll happily and seriously from the day her brother, Kevin, was born and was extremely excited when Kim was born. She so loved her family and knew from 7th grade on she would be Kenny's wife. She had such a sweet and caring soul and such a fun spirit about her. She will be forever missed by all. We love you all and are keeping you in our prayers.

I didn’t know Karla very well but the care she provided to my mom during her final stages of life were so meaningful. She also took the time to comfort me and to just listen.

I pray that her family will find peace and comfort through all of the wonderful memories shared. Karla was a gentle and loving person who will be missed by many!
