Mr. Kenneth Maine Phillips

Kenneth Maine Phillips, of Hollansburg, Ohio passed away on Wednesday May 25, 2011 at 3:26 PM at his residence after a battle with cancer. He was born May 20, 1956 in Athens, Ohio the son of the late Virgil T. & Joan (Lingo) Phillips. He was a fabricator and mechanic.

He was a member of Fort Jefferson United Methodist Church, V.F.W., former member of the American Legion and the Greenville Moose Lodge.

He is preceded in death by his parents; & brother: Timothy Wayne Phillips.

He is survived by his Daughters: Sandra Jo Phillips of Hollansburg, Kara Martin Prevost of Xenia; Son & daughter in law: Kenneth Virgil & Leah Phillips of Greenville; Grandchildren: Karena Wills, Rahkeem Wills, Terell Wills, Kaylin Phillips, Emma Phillips; Brothers & sisters in law: Jack Virgil & Diana Phillips of Cumberland, Ohio, Chris & Loree Phillips of Greenville; Sister & brother in law: Sherril & Rick Smith of Zanesville, Ohio: Sister in law and children: Sharli Phillips, Maggie Jo & Johnny Phillips; Lifetime friend: Darlene Martin; Best Friend: Al Barker; Numerous friends & family.

Services will be held on Saturday May 28, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Fort Jefferson United Methodist Church 3856 Church Street Fort Jefferson, Ohio with Rev. Doug Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Township Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday at the church. Arrangements are being handled by Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be given to Fort Jefferson United Methodist Church.
