Larry J Harter

Larry J Harter, age 72 of Greenville, Ohio passed away peacefully on Monday, February 28, 2022 at the Brethren’s Retirement Community, Greenville, Ohio. Born in Greenville, Ohio on August 9, 1949 he was one of 2 sons to the late Willard & Arveda (Huber) Harter. Larry was a graduate of Greenville High School, class of 1967. He was a member of the Greenville VFW, and loved to watch Nascar races, and was an avid Eldora Speedway fan. More than anything he loved to spend time with his children, grandchildren, family and friends. He will be truly missed.

Larry is survived by his children Chris & Misty Harter; Lisa & Bruce Saylor; Mindy & Jamie McGlinch: grandchildren Brittanie Claywell; Darian & Kayla Saylor; Kiersten & Dale Bowling, III; Katey & Jeremy Beaver; Jordan Harter & fiancé Chris Hess; Madi Harter; Mia Harter: great-grandchildren Killian Claywell; Larkyn Claywell; Elaina Saylor; Holden Saylor; Easton Bowling; Cali Beaver; Loxley Beaver: brother J.L. & Patty Harter: nephews Tim Harter; Todd & Jody Harter: great-nieces Cali Harter; Libby Harter; Ellie Harter.

Friends may call on the family on Friday, March 18, 2022 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM at the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Funeral service to follow at 1PM with Pastor Dane Driver presiding.
