Leatrice Klosterman

Leatrice Henrietta (Striegel) Klosterman, 92 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday April 25, 2017 at 10:55 AM at Village Green Healthcare Center, Greenville, Ohio. She was born July 15, 1924 in Jasper, Indiana the daughter of the late John Joseph & Louise Matilda (Voges) Striegel.

She was a realtor working 12 years at Champaign Realty in Urbana and many years at Treaty Realty in Greenville.

Leatrice was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church; Rosary Altar Society; Served on the Darke County Board of Elections.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Lester H. Klosterman on August 5, 2012 whom she married February 12, 1944; brothers: James H. & John L. “Jack” Striegel.

She is survived by her children & spouses: Sharon L. & Phillip Nyhuis of Buffalo, New York, Carol J. & Frank Tantum of Homer Glen, Illinois, Elizabeth A. & Donald Saintignon of Greenville, Janice M. & Scott Mills of Greenville, & Robert J. Klosterman of Celina, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.

MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held on Friday 28, 2017 at 2:00 PM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church 233 West 3rd Street Greenville, Ohio with Rev. Fr. John White Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday April 27, 2017 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association or State of the Heart Hospice.
