He is survived by his parents; his paternal grandparents: Don & Mary Addis of Greenville; the mother of his children: Markie Addis; children: Keagen Addis & Braden Addis of Greenville; brothers: Josh & Jessica Addis of Greenville, Jeff Niswonger of Lebanon, Ohio, Tim Arnold of Greenville; sisters: Meghan Addis of Lebanon, Ohio, Nicole Addis of Eldorado, Ohio, Amanda Byerly of Greenville; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.

Services will be held on Tuesday July 11, 2017 at 10:30 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Catholic Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday July 10, 2017 at the funeral home.
