Richard Perry Norris, 74 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Wednesday July 22, 2015 at 1:04 AM at the Dayton VA Medical Center. He was born March 2, 1941 in Union City, Indiana the son of the late Kenneth & Donna (Welch) Norris. He Served in the United States Army. He was an over the road truck driver.
Graveside military services will be held on Friday August 7, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Dayton National Cemetery. It is the wishes of the family that memorial contributions be given to the Darke County Cancer Association. Arrangements are being handled by Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
