Tearel Duane Hinkle

Duane was born on June 19, 1964, in Greenville to the late Tearel & Edna (Jordan) Hinkle. In addition to his parents, Duane is also preceded in death by his daughter, Tammie Coffey.

Duane is survived by his wife of 43 years, Patti (Bray) Hinkle whom he married March 21, 1982; daughter & son-in-law, Krysta & Chad Barber; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sisters, Jeanette Walker and Tina Fourman.

Duane retired from Coate Construction in West Milton. He was a former officer and member of the Loyal Order of the Moose in Greenville, and former member of the Greenville Fraternal Order of Eagles. Duane was an avid outdoorsman; he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and collecting guns. He enjoyed music and playing the guitar. Duane loved life and his family; he always had the best stories to tell from his life experiences.

A celebration of Duane’s life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to EverHeart Hospice in Greenville in Duane’s memory.
