I met him when he was about 14 years old. Spent lots of time with him at my house on Water Street. He was a very good friend to my little brother Dave Williams and I considered him, his family and friends as friends of mine. I have many good memories of him. His laugh was contagious. He was good people to any who knew him. I'm sure he'll be missed by many.

Terry was my 1st brother-in-law and a brother for life. He taught me alot in my younger days some good, lots bad. Never the less loved him like blood. He and Jerry looked after me alot when I was young. They even let me DJ one of their weddings. Wow what a party. One thing i will aways remember is his sense of humor. Love you buddy. RIP
