Alexandria “Ally” Nicole Martin, 2, of Cowpens, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 26, 2012, in her parent’s presence. Ally is survived by her parents Patrick and Alana Martin and one brother Trey of the home. She is also survived by grandparents Dale and Georgeann Peters of Greenville, SC. Also Kathy Martin of Chesnee, SC. An Aunt Ashley Peters of Greenville, SC. A cousin Keivaughn Young of Greenville, SC. Two uncles, Brian Wright of Chesnee, SC and Kevin Edwards of Greenville, SC. Ally is preceded in death by an Uncle Michael Edwards of Greenville, SC. Ally enjoyed playing with her big brother, going and watching her dad and brother play ball, going to church, spending time with her mommy, laying with her dog Chloe, going to her nanny and papa’s, going to her uncle Danny’s and aunt Shannon’s, going swimming at aunt Maranda’s. She loved lady bugs and butterflies, and spending time with friends and family. We would like to thank Melissa, Courtney, Nikki, Steve, Tracy, Debi, Charles, Dr. Shelley, Dr. Troup, Dr. White, Dr. Foster, Dr. Nelson, and Dr. Hunnicutt, all of the PICU staff at Greenville Memorial Hospital for playing such an important role in Ally’s life.

Celebration of Life service will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 29 from 6 to 8 pm. Funeral services will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 30 at 2 pm.
