Amanda Rose Smith

Born in Greenville, South Carolina, she was a daughter of Roy William and Teresa Parrott Smith. Amanda was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. She was a great mother to her three children who she loved dearly, and was loved by her many friends. She enjoyed nature and spending time outdoors hiking, cooking and baking, and was a lover of all animals.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her three beloved children, Alice Catherine Smith, Leon Calvin Lane, and Charlotte Elizabeth Lane; one brother, Roy William Smith, Jr. (Nicole); two sisters, Chrystal Schauder (Geoffrey) and Angie Mistretta (Joey); her paternal grandmother, Hazel Smith; four nieces; and one nephew.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Calvin Smith; and maternal grandparents, Andrew and Vera Parrott.

The family will receive friends at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Century Drive on Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 12:30pm until 1:45pm. A Funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2:00pm. Burial will follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
