Amelia Blanche Renshaw

Amelia Blanche Renshaw, 84, went to be with her Lord February 7, 2022. Mrs. Renshaw, daughter of the late Robert and Mary Hearn, was recently preceded in death by her husband Edwin Woolford Renshaw, Jr., with whom she celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary in 2021. Blanche Renshaw loved her Lord, and she and her husband Ed were current members of Westgate Baptist Church in Spartanburg.

In addition to her parents, Blanche was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Hearn, her sister, Vera Brown, and an infant great-granddaughter. She is also survived by her daughter – Brenda Mowrey (Mike); two sons – Daryl Renshaw (Corinne) and Richard Renshaw; 1 granddaughter – Jessica Bishop (Stephen); 3 grandsons – Jason Mowrey (Stephanie), Derek Renshaw (Christina), and Weston Renshaw; 2 great-granddaughters -- Elaina Renshaw and Carolina Renshaw; 5 great-grandsons -- Titus Renshaw, Andrew Renshaw, Chester Bishop, Clint Bishop, and Charlie Mowrey.

We will celebrate her home-going at Mackey at Woodlawn Memorial Park on February15, 2022, with visitation with the family at 1:00 pm, service at 2:00 pm and graveside to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.

Because of her love for her Lord and desire to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, in lieu of flowers donations can be made in Blanche’s memory to the “Mission Fund” at Westgate Baptist Church, 1990 Old Reidville Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301.
