Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Herman James and Arizona Eller Justice.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Martha Ann Felton. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Fowler is survived by two daughters, Deborah Jones and Patsy Graham; four grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She was also predeceased by three sisters, Helen Gabala, Faye Hall, and Rebecca Barnes; and two brothers, Harold Justice and Jesse Sexton.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Serenity Mausoleum Chapel in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
