Arlene Watts was truly loved and respected by many.. She was a friend whose road in life had many paths but she was strong and endearingly. Her determination to succeed at many levels never wavered. God has given her peace and rest from her labors. May the family find joy in the loving memories that Arlene left in our hearts! I share in your pain, Yvonne S Reeder
