Barbara Brashier McLees

Barbara was beautiful inside and out. She was willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. If she loved you, you were her family.

Barbara was a dedicated and hard worker. She spent her career at Dow Brands/Texize, after which she had the joy of working with her daughter at Julie's Jewels & Gifts.

A devout Christian, Barbara was a member of Brookwood Church for over 30 years. She instilled strong Christian belief in her children as well as her grandchildren.

Family was everything to her. She is survived by her daughters, Julie Brashier Smith (Shane) and Lisa Brashier; her grandchildren Steven Gregory and Tripp Pittman (Emily); as well as great grandchildren Drayden Gregory, Steven Gregory Jr., Addisynn Gregory, Brantly Gregory, Hudson McCain, Archer Pitman; and honorary granddaughter, Amy Hauser, honorary grandson Jeffrey Hammond; and honorary great grandson Easton Hammond.

Barbara was preceded in death by her grandson, Kellett Gregory.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1 Pine Knoll Drive, Greenville, SC 29609.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara's honor may be made to Shriners Hospital or Upstate Warrior Solutions.
