Daughter of the late Charles Kibbee and Mildred Hendrix Evans, Carole was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Raised in Hapeville, Georgia, Carole was a graduate of Hapeville High.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Kerry Hughes Trusko, granddaughter Sophia Trusko, Brother Ronald H. Evans, sister-in-law Dyann Waller Evans and several nieces and nephews.
Carole’s family expresses their enormous gratitude and appreciation of the wonderful professionals at the Greenville Cancer Center, the fourth floor staff of Greenville Memorial Hospital and all the caring hands at the Agape Hospice of Greenville.
Her family will receive friends at 2:00 PM on Saturday August 15, 2015 at the Woodlawn Funeral home with a service to follow at 3:00 with burial to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Anglican Church of St. George the Martyr, 427 Batesville Rd., Simpsonville, SC 29681 or the charity of one’s choice.
