Charles Russell Fleming, 90, of Taylors, SC passed away on January 17, 2017. He was the son of the late Eva Evelyn Johnson and Carl Fleming. Charles was born in Greenville near Cleveland Park; he graduated Greenville High School in 1943. After school, he started a career in printing and graphic design. Charles loved all types of music and self-taught himself to play the piano and organ. He was a long time member of First Taylors Baptist Church.He is survived by his wife Catharine Fleming of the home; one daughter: Laura Cass and her husband Robert of Greenville, SC; one sister Mary Cromer of Greenville, SC and several nieces and nephews.He is predeceased by two brothers: Wilton and Jerrel Fleming.A Celebration of life will be held this Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Remembrance Chapel located at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Greenville SC.
