I loved and missed my wonderful, funny and sweet, Uncle Dan! He was a great man; one that cared for me and everyone he knew. I was so upset to learn of his passing after the fact. I would have been there for sure. Uncle Dan is in heaven now, Praise God, so he knows my heart and understands my absence. My Aunt Gertha is the strongest woman I know, but times will be tough after losing Uncle Dan...they were together 65 yrs! A testament to their love and commitment. Please love and enjoy your family while you can...tomorrow isn’t promised. I’ll always remember Uncle Dan with that crazy, beautiful smile when I did visit and his gregarious laugh! He was good to my Aunt Gertha and gave them a wonderful life, which they shared with so many. Earth has lost a beautiful man, but Heaven has gain a beautiful soul, and I can’t wait to have him meet me when it’s my turn to go home! Until then Uncle Dan, until then❤️
