On the 4th of July in the year 1952, Dorothy married the love of her life, Richard Charles Kern. They moved to Greenville,SC. and it became their home. Dorothy and Richard worked hard building a business and raising seven children. They taught their children the value of God and of family love. They provided many adventures and many wonderful memories for their family. They were always involved in the lives and activities of their children and grandchildren. Richard preceded Dorothy in death but Dorothy continued to promote godly values, love and support to her family. These gifts from Dorothy will live on throughout generations.
