Ethel was a graduate of Salisbury Business College and Greenville Technical College, and began her business career along with her dog, Brownie, in door-to-door sales. She worked as an office manager for close to 15 years and then went on to work as a CNA and sitter for several years prior to retirement. Ethel was an avid crafter, bird watcher, Bingo and Scrabble player, and loved anything “Elvis.” She cherished time spent with her daughters and grandchildren, her pride and joy.
Ethel is survived by daughters, Beverly Campbell Davis and Lynn Campbell Howell, granddaughter, Lydia Elise Howell, sister, Florence Ann Owens, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by grandson, Logan Turner Howell, and siblings, Bulah Frances Shore Milligan, Elmer Grimes Shore, Ruby Bell Shore, Otis Gene Shore and James Odell Shore.
Her family is thankful for the loving care from the staff and friends at Rolling Green Village during the last year.
