Eva Marie Lowry

She was proud to be born in Greenville, South Carolina and to see the progression in the community. She enjoyed supporting local artist and the Greenville Zoo. Eva and her husband loved to travel around the world and especially going to the beach.

She was a dedicated member of Praise Cathedral Church, where she enjoyed being part of the prayer team. Eva was a graduate of Greenville High School.

She is preceded in death by her son, Philip “Geoffrey” Lowry, Jr. and sister, Jeanine Phillips.

She is survived by her brother, Perry E. Moore (Sherri); nephews: E. Hunter Moore (Sarah Lynn) and Clay Moore (Allison); nieces: Carla Dabney (Alan) and Dianne Lawton (Tripp) and many dear friends.

Eva will be remembered for her devotion to her many friends, her humor and love of life.

The family will receive friends and loved ones beginning at 12:30 PM Saturday, March 6, 2021 in the Remembrance Chapel of Woodlawn Memorial Park; the funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM, officiated by Chaplain Tim Hormell.
