It is with great sadness but great rejoicing, our family announces that our dear, sweet husband, father and grandfather, Pastor Frank Ledvinka of Mauldin, SC, passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, November 29th, 2022 .
He was born in Martins Ferry, OH, graduated with a Masters Degree from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, OH and pastored churches in Ohio, Michigan, California and Florida.
His concerns were solely the spiritual welfare of everyone else. He gave his all in service to the Lord, his family and loved ones, wanting nothing more than to share the greatest love story ever told - Jesus and his saving grace, so that we all may be in eternity with Him. He loved and served everyone with everything in him, pastored many churches and served in countless ministries.
In his later years, he had a great burden for those in prison and devoted endless hours to ministering to those behind bars, sharing the freedom that comes from accepting and serving Jesus. The joy and purpose this brought him cannot be measured this side of Heaven.
Each of his days were spent with many prayer partners, studying the Word of God, actively calling those who needed prayer and encouragement while showing his unmeasurable love to his wife and family. He leaves a legacy of love and servanthood to the highest degree resulting in eternal differences in so many lives. We know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is hearing the words, “Well, done, good and faithful servant.”
Frank is survived by his wife Judy and his two daughters, Lisa Stoyanov (Todd) of Greenville, SC, Leigh Anne Evans (Ron) of Orlando, FL and their foster daughter Valerie Chapman of Toledo, OH. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Andrea See (Ben) of Seffner, FL, Lindsey Nieman-Cox (Justin) of Arden, NC, Nicholas Nieman of San Francisco, CA, Luke Stoyanov of Greer, SC and 3 great grandchildren.
