

She was born January 1, 1932, in Camden, South Carolina, and was the daughter of the late Ernest Lucious Dennis and the late Lilly Mae Bass Dennis. Gladys served alongside her husband in church ministry for over 50 years. She loved flower gardening, bird watching, and time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Linda Bramblett (Earle), Bill DeBruhl (Michelle), Diane Lawson (Mark), Ernie DeBruhl (Vanessa), and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son Daniel DeBruhl, granddaughter Carolyn DeBruhl Cook, daughter-in-law Linda Chitwood DeBruhl, sister Lilly Dennis Cressey, and brothers Jake Dennis and Calvin Dennis.
A memorial service honoring her life will be held at Martha Franks Retirement Home on Monday, August 25th at 2:30. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park at a later date.
