Glenda M. Rhodes

She was born in Williamson, South Carolina, to Ed and Ida Moore. Glenda was preceded in death by both of her husbands (Ed Rhodes and Aaron Hertz) and her eldest sister, Louise Roper.

In the late 1970s, Glenda moved to Miami, then later to Ocala Florida. She worked at State Farm Insurance on U.S. 1 in Miami until her retirement.

Glenda was an avid bicyclist and reader who loved to travel. Above all, she loved her family and her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Ocala, Florida. She recently moved back to Upstate South Carolina, to be closer to her family.

She is survived by her sister, Muriel Mullinax; nephew, Alan Mullinax(Michele) niece, Diane Mullinax; great-niece, Janna Walkiewicz (Matt); numerous other nieces and nephews.
