Harold Owen Bartelt, 81, of Taylors, SC, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2017. The funeral service will be held at 12PM Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Woodlawn Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home an hour prior to the service, beginning at 11AM.
