Hazel Craven Keller

Hazel Craven Keller, age 90 of Greer, SC, and formerly of Monroe, Louisiana, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. She was born in Huttig, Arkansas, May 8, 1921. Hazel was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and was a friend to many. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, J.W. Keller of Greer, SC, her daughter and son-in-law Suzanne and Steve Holcombe of Greenville, SC, her granddaughter and husband Allison and Jay Nelson, two great-grandchildren Hollyn and Liam Nelson of Lexington, SC, her aunt Selma Garner of Texas, and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her parents Betheral and James Craven of El Dorado, Arkansas, and two sisters Cleo Barden of Malvern, Arkansas, and Jeanette Brewster of El Dorado, Arkansas. She was a member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church in Taylors, SC. Funeral service will be Friday, November 11, 2011 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:30 – 3:00 pm in the funeral home.
