James Earl Ritchie, 81, of Simpsonville, husband of Mary Faye Ritchie died after a brief illness on Saturday, April 14, 2018.

Born in Baker Hill, AL, Earl was a son of the late Ralph and Anne Baker Ritchie.

Surviving in addition to his wife Mary Faye are his children; son, David Earl Ritchie of Simpsonville; daughter, Carla Lea and her husband Robert of Greenville, grandchildren, Lauren Wickliffe and her husband Stephen and Adam Lea.

Graveside services will be 11am Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Graceland East Memorial Park with Pastor Michael Turner officiating.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Advent United Methodist Church, 2258 Woodruff Rd., Simpsonville, SC 29681.
