Born in Fairmont, West Virginia, Mr. Parsons was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, was a member of Faith Baptist Church, and was retired from the Institute Basic Life Principles.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Parsons is survived by a daughter, Carla McNulty and husband Scott; a son, John Steven Parsons and wife Karen; seven grandchildren, Amber, John, Megan, Nathan, Steven, Emma, and Marissa; a great granddaughter, Addison; and a son-in-law, Bill Frazzetto and wife Cheryl. He was predeceased by a daughter, Beth Ann Frazzetto; and a brother, Harry Barnes.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 12:00 PM in the Woodlawn Funeral Home chapel conducted by Rev. David Stockard with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park with Military Honors. The family will receive friends on Monday from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home prior to the service.
