She was predeceased by her parents, three sisters, two brothers and first husband James Hays.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband, of 18 years, Paul, son Thomas Hays (Farrah), sister Mary Whitfield, sister-in-law Marcy Krieger; three grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Judy loved working in her flower gardens and watching birds with her husband Paul. Before her retirement she had a long and enjoyable career with R&L Carriers.
She was a member of Morningside Baptist Church and enjoyed singing in the choir for many years.
Services for Judy will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at Morningside Baptist Church 1115 Pelham Rd. Greenville, SC 29615. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 am.
