Judy Ann Goins, age 64, passed away November 4, 2014. She was born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Merlin Edgar Monroe and Annie Laurie Picklesimer Monroe. Judy is survived by her mother Annie Laurie Monroe; brother Merlin E. Monroe his wife Robin Monroe; one niece Lydia Owens (Ray); two nephews Caleb Monroe (Erin) and Daniel Monroe. She was predeceased by one niece Anna Monroe.
Graveside services will be held Friday, November 7, 2014 at 3:00 pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made the Rainey Hospice House, Anderson, SC.
