I was 5 years old in 1969/1970 when my parents took me to Dr Knight. I stayed with him thru the years until just a couple of years ago when he brought in his new partner and then moved his office to Cherrydale.
Twice a year for roughly close to 50 years! It was always so nice to see him and his sweet loyal, long time staff. Dr. Knight was always calm, quiet, caring, concerned, interested and helpful with guidance and assurance when needed. When he finished with my treatment, he would pat my shoulder and say "everything looks good, I'll see you in another 6 months"😊
He loved his work which is why he stayed working as long as he did. He loved his family and bragged on them when he was asked about them.
I was saddened to hear of his passing. I love the picture you used and I will always remember him fondly.
Many Blessings to you, his Family.
Sincerely,
Debbie Taylor

Dr.Ken Knight was on of the finest , dedicated professionals I have ever known. Dr. Knight was our family dentist for 50 years. He was the best and was immensely generous. His genteel, competent , commitment and professionalism was unmatched. Ken cared about his patients and wanted to know about our families and how everyone was doing . He was the consummate professional and loved his art and gift of honest meticulous profession. Our community lost one of our quintessential southern gentleman in his death. Sylvia and Lori and Connie and family you are in our love, thoughts and prayers. You made Ken a happy proud man. As you embrace countless memories my you be comforted as you grieve and celebrate the life of an admired Christian gentleman.

I started going to Dr. Knight a few months after I moved here in 1976; he was the best dentist I ever had. I always felt that he cared for us--my all family became his patients--and the assistants he employed were always so friendly and helpful. Lovely man, caring professional. So sorry to hear of his death. He leaves behind so many mouths that reflect his care!

Your family has been in our hearts and especially, in our prayers during these past weeks. Many memories with the Knights, beginning years ago, meeting for ice cream after Sunday evening's worship services.
May God give peace during this time of grief and may each of you personally know the love of God.

I only met Dr Knight through my friendship with his daughter Connie and attending Clemson games. I felt his genuine warmth and compassion immediately. He was a true Southern gentleman whose love of family was immediately evident. I pray that memories will comfort his family at this time.

We are heart-broken to hear of Dr. Knight's death. He was our dentist for over 35 years. We loved him so much. He was a great man and a devout Christian. He had a wonderful sense of humor, was always smiling, loved his work, his patients, and loved his family. He talked often about his family and he was so excited about retiring and spending more time with them. Our heartfelt sympathy and prayers go out to you. We know you will miss him so much, but take comfort that they got a great dentist in Heaven. God bless you and comfort you. Love, Ann & Walter (Scoot) Mann
