Kenneth M. Nottingham

Kenneth M Nottingham, age 86, of Greenville, South Carolina passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023. He was born April 6, 1936 in (Van Dyke) Warren, Michigan to Kenneth Roderick Nottingham and Zelda Josephine (Jasmin) Nottingham.

Kenneth married Janice Carlene (Shadrick) Nottingham on September 10, 1955 at Van Dyke Baptist Church in Warren, Michigan. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from November 1954 to August 1963 as a mechanic on RB-47-E 6 engine bombers. Ken graduated from the Institute of Christian Service at Bob Jones University in 1974 and was ordained into ministry at Van Dyke Baptist Church. He retired from Miracle Hill Ministries, although he continued to work, and was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Greenville, SC.

Kenneth is survived by his 3 sons; Rodney J. (Laura) of San Antonio, TX, Jonathan E. (Christine) of Simpsonville, SC and Harold D. (Cherith) of Coldwater MI. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; Brandon (Glory), Zach (Mocha), Jacob, Serena, Ethan (Shelby), Peter, Elisa, Jed, Moriah, Eben and 1 great grandchild. Also, 2 sisters, Roberta H. Nottingham of Greenville, SC, and Z. Kay (Kevin) Fitzpatrick of Highland, MI along with many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife Janice of Greenville, SC. Also his parents Kenneth R. Nottingham and Zelda J. Nottingham and sisters Annette Leslie, Charlotte Fielden, and Mary Lee Nottingham Koerner.

A visitation for Kenneth will be held Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM at Faith Baptist Church, 500 W. Lee Rd, Taylors, SC 29687, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 PM.
