Kenneth H. Stern of Greenville, SC, died Tuesday June 25, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Karen Dickson Stern for almost twenty years. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Antoinette Walsh of Doylestown, PA and Martin H. Stern of Doylestown, PA and the step-son of the late J Francis Walsh. Ken was raised in Doylestown, Pennsylvania and graduated from Central Bucks High School East in 1979. He had been a resident of Greenville, South Carolina. In addition to his wife and parents, Ken is survived by his brother William M. Stern, sister Judith Stern Goldstein (Michael), and niece Ellen Goldstein all of Doylestown, PA, and his uncle Bobby Stern and aunt Diane Stern of Glen Riddle, PA. He is also survived by his father-in-law Ned D. Dickson and mother-in-law Bobbie Jean Roach Dickson of Abbeville, South Carolina, and his fur baby Luke (and Luke’s buddies Houdini and Sir Edmund). Ken enjoyed music, spending time on the golf course, NASCAR, traveling, and at the end Ken enjoyed walks in the Cancer Survivors Park in Greenville.
Ken was employed as a store manager at Old Time Pottery in Greenville, SC. The family would like to thank the staff at the Louis P. Batson Cancer Center and the Bon Secour St. Francis Hospital in Greenville for the loving care he received during his illness.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 28, 2019 from 4:00-5:45 p.m. at Mackey at Century Drive followed by funeral Service at 6:00 pm in the Chapel. Private burial will be held Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Anderson, SC.
