The family would like friends to know that the above obituary was written by Jerry prior to his death. All who know of his exceptional organizational skills can appreciate that he had it prepared in advance to make it easy on those who survived him. To the very end, the care of his family was his first priority. He was a loving husband and father and he will be missed every day. He is with his Lord and Savior in heaven.

We would like to thank Dawn Cline, a dear friend and companion over the last year for all of her devoted care of Mom and Dad. We are also extremely grateful to The Gardens of Eastside, Comfort Keepers, and Via Healthcare for their extraordinary care and compassion over the past few months.
