IN THE CARE OF
Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Century Drive
At 12:30 AM on 18 January, 2023 the Lord called home His child Lisa Carol McLay Brossier. Lisa was loved by all with whom she came in contact with. She was a bright light in the dull and mundane business world. Her goal in life was helping others and she did. She loved traveling and exploring the country. To her, long rides were therapeutic. She was a Christian and loved God and marveled at His handiwork in places like the Grand Canyon and Glacier National Park. Her enthusiastic attitude was infectious and touched all those she knew.
She will be sorely missed by many. She understood what was meant by “Life is real, life is earnest but the grave is not it's goal. Dust thou art to dust returneth was not spoken of the soul”. Her death leaves a hole in many hearts but that hole is being filled by the grace of God.
She is survived by her husband, John F. Brossier and sister, Connie Griffin, as well as nieces, nephews and godchildren and of course, hundreds of friends.
A celebration of her life will be held at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Century Drive in Greenville, SC on Wednesday, 25 January at 3:00 PM. The family will be meeting at City Range in Greenville, SC following the service at 5:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers please send a contribution to St. Francis Hospital, Downtown, Greenville SC.
