

Rebekah Irene Jackson, 66, went to be with her Lord on April 24, 2020, after a long illness. Born in Enoree SC, she was the daughter of the late Cecil L. and Rachel (Bishop) Sullivan. Rebekah was a loving mother, having raised three of her own children and two of her four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father Cecil, her third husband Keith Jackson, her eldest daughter Andreah (Black) Anders, and a great-granddaughter, Mae Testerman. She is survived by her mother Rachel (Bishop) Kluizenaar; a daughter, Gwendolyn (Ledford) Hyust and her husband Christopher, of Mauldin; a son, Jacob Jackson and his wife Suzanne, of Centerville; a grandson, Nathaniel Anders; six granddaughters: Savannah (Barton) Deason, Elizabeth (Hamby) Testerman, Lillian Hyust, Brittany Riddle, and Kia and Tathum Richards; a great-grandson, Luther Testerman; four sisters: Rita Davis of Greenville, Beverly Kelly of Williamston, Jerilyn Carlton of Piedmont, and Tammy Garrett of Greer; and one brother, Chuck Sullivan of Seneca. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews, as well as many close friends, including Paulette Wilson, her best friend of over 40 years, and friends of her children and grandchildren who considered her as a mother figure. Rebekah was a special lady who will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
Services will be held on Friday May 1st at 11:30am at Trinity Baptist Church in Williamston SC, a town where Rebekah spent many happy years with her husband Keith. Due to current restrictions, the family asks that those in attendance maintain social distancing. In lieu of flowers, please make any donations to The American Cancer Society.
