Whether you called him Richard, Unk or Dickie, Richard will always be remembered for his passion of golf. His love for growing his award-winning roses and his Atlanta Braves. His love of his beloved Gamecocks, for whom he pitched for a season. Retired from Greenville City Police and Electrolux Sales.
He was predeceased by his father, Edward Earl Bullard, Sr. and his mother Lelia Frink Bullard. Along with his siblings Ed Bullard and Harry Bullard of South Carolina, Genny B. Baker and niece Kimberly Baker of California.
He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Karen Muchesko Bullard. His three nephews, Dale Pocock and family of North Carolina, Derek Pocock and family of Texas, and Steve Bullard and family of California. His nieces, Kristen B. Topalian and family of California and Casey B. Repp and family of Maryland. And his buddy "Leo" the cat.
A private service will be held at a later date.
