Bob was a cherished friend during a very difficult time in my life. My three children and myself were residents of Shepherd's Gate for a period of three months when my children were very young. While we were there, my daughter celebrated her 2nd birthday and Bob gave her an adorable doll which she immediately named Alice. He became a surrogate grandfather to my children and a good friend to me. He was always willing and able to help in times of need and that will always mean a lot to me. He impacted so many with his kindness and helpfulness. He will be greatly missed. My prayers are with the family during this difficult time. May the God of all peace and comfort hold you all in His powerful and capable hands. Until we meet again, my friend. Rest in the arms of Jesus!
