Terry Lemont Huntley, 52, of Waterloo, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 25, 2026. Terry was born on June 25, 1974, in Wingate, North Carolina, to John and Geraldine Huntley.
Known to many as “The Goat,” he built lasting friendships through his love of dogs and his generous spirit. For more than 20 years, Terry devoted himself to the bully dog community. He was passionate about judging with the American Bully Kennel Club (ABKC) and dedicated to breeding show-quality French Bulldogs and English Bulldogs. In 2021, he founded the Innovative Canine Breeders Registry (ICBR). Through hard work and determination, he grew the organization and connected with people across the country and around the world. Terry took great pride in what he built and was always working toward his next goal. Terry’s love of animals began in childhood and remained a source of joy throughout his life. Of all the dogs he loved and cared for, Justice held a special place in his heart. Terry also found peace spending time in the yard with his horses, chickens, rabbits, and other animals.
He loved traveling and making memories with his wife, Jera. Terry will be remembered for his big gold-toothed smile, unforgettable laugh, humor, and generous heart. He was the life of the party and a friend to people near and far. He will be deeply missed by the many lives he touched.
Terry is survived by his wife, Jera Huntley; his siblings, Belinda Huntley and Timothy Huntley; his children, Terri K. Huntley, Kobie Graber, Summer Graber, Junior Coan, and LaTikka McNeely; and eight grandchildren.
Rest in peace, Terry. You are loved and will never be forgotten.
